On tap at the source, Comes to the table a slightly hazy yellow color with a smallish off white head that shows moderate retention and lace. Smells a bit spicy with bready, grainy, and sweet pilsner malt with an earthy hop feel. Flavor is sweet and malty up front with hints of bready and honey. A lemony citrusy flavor comes next and is followed by some earthy, peppery and spicy flavors. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet watery mouthfeel. Decent Belgian style ale, I quite enjoyed it. I think this is a collaborative brew, but I can’t find anything to back that up.
