330ml bottle [still as Inge]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, thick, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Citrusy fruity and spicy aroma, notes of lemon, orange, lemon and orange peel, peppery spicy hints of ginger, widely disguised lactic background. Taste is sour, lactic, citrusy fruity, zesty notes of lemon, a touch of orange, peppery spicy notes of ginger, mild sauerkraut undertones. Excellent balance, not too sour, not overspiced. Very refreshing.

RB backlog. Intense lactic and leathery notes, citrus fruits, citric ginger. Starts a bit wild, with medium sweetness and pearly carbonation on the lips and tongue, becomes quite juicy with good intense sour notes and a hint of spicy ginger.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow, shortlived head. Aroma is citrusy and ginger. Sour, citrusy, slight ginger note. Citric and lingering sour and fruity finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is ginger, citric, also yeasty funk. Body is medium, quite dense for such a low ABV, fizzy carbonation and lots of lemon and ginger. Tart, yet not particularly sour. Typically Berliner. Good.

0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before February 2019. Hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fairly herbal-spicy and gently fruity aroma of ginger, lemon, lime and some rhubarb. Quite sour, herbal-spicy and quite fruity taste of lemon, ginger, lime and rhubarb, followed by a short, fairly tart and dry finish. Thin body, very astringent and spritzy mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Already too sour for me, don't get anything from the Brett, therefore rather simple and harsh. Like lemon juice, exactly what I don't like.

24-03-18 // taster at Craft Frankfurt 2018. Hazy lactic yellowish. Nose of ginger. Taste is light bodied, lactic sour, ginger and lemon notes. Nice refreshing stuff

Bottle, thanks Hrabren! Lemon juice appearance, medium head, went away fast. Fantastic ginger aroma with miiild lactic touches. The taste is definitely quite sour. They aren't understating it. The ginger mixes well though and enhances it... do wonder if it would actually be nicer with, say, pH 3 or something, it's indeed a bit too much... Very interesting in any case.
