Baseded on the brewing traditions of Prussia and Saxony but given a modern hop treatment. This thirst quencher is fragrant, clean and acidic.

Hopped with Ahtanum; it’s like drinking grapefruit juice in beer form

Flaske 330ml kjøpt på Piccadilly Tap Manchester. Delt med Rune på rom 229 - Royal Mercure Hotel Hull - 23 Nov 15. Aprikosfarget. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Uklar. Svakt syrlig fruktaroma. Smaken litt tynn. Litt syrlighet men også papp. Metallisk. Bunnfall.

330ml bottle from Piccadilly Tap in Manchester. The noisy pour reveals a cloudy golden body topped by a fair, pearl white head. Mild smell of citrus, herbal hops and wood. Taste of green apples, tart lemon and grapefruits tartness towards the ending. Medium bodied. Quite refreshing (shared with Finn at a hotel room in Hull, 23.11.2015).

Bottle at home in London - sourced from BeerMerchants. Pours clear, deep gold with a sturdy, frothy white head. Lots of woody hops in the nose, some pine, tangy citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor with a good bit if pithy grapefruit, tart lemon, wood, minerals, pine needles, light alcohol, orange rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fairly dry on the finish, bitter, lightly acidic, with high minerality, lemony tartness, more pith and rind, wood, apple skin. Novel stuff, but not super drinkable.
