The Heterogeneous is a straw colored, dry, easy drinking beer with a earthy noble hop character. Brewed with the same yeast as our Altbier - not a pale, not a pilsner - the Heterogeneous tickles the toes of both.

Hard to rate this beer, since I have no clue what it is other than damn tasty. Has an English pale maltiness that couples with a nice toasted biscuit malt background, yet also keeps up a bright, clean pilsner middle. The malts run deeper than expected, and the hops round out things with a manageable floral bitterness. Curious brew, and a delicious one as well.
