Lovely pour, hazy and gold, but the nose is almost completely absent. Breadlike malts with a hint of toffee/caramel sweetness, backed by an unexpected tart streak. Hops are mild, providing a modest bitter finish closer to an English Pale than an American. Fade is brief and weak.

Willebecher draft at Kay Bobβs Grille and Ale in Nashville, Tennessee. The pour is a hazed golden light copper with a thin white head. The aroma is fairly bland nose, with a bit of citrus and leaf. The taste is some of the leafy earth, along with a bit of sweet tart, and soft toasted bread. The palate is medium to light bodied with low carbonation and the earth leafy finish.
