[ As Five Towns Owt’ll do ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, raisin - rum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 7-3-6-3-12

Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and has a mild minerally crispness. Mild dark malts but there is a little spicy licorice. Traces of coffee and lactose. Light crispy finish brings a modest tang.
