Real deep, orange-amber color, unfiltered, with smaller yeast, and extract pieces, promises serious content. The foam is extra strong and has a nice light cream color. It has a very delicate scent, a real IPA scent, obviously all the notes of Mosaic hops, it feels positive, very fresh, for me a mandarin scent! In keeping with IPA, restrained carbonation, easy to drink, 6.5% alcohol not felt. Sip is bitter, and then the fruity notes come out very nicely in different parts of the tongue. You don’t even have to write about it, you just have to taste it for as long as you can. Real, quality IPA, worth the price !!

Igazi mély, narancsos-borostyán szín, szűretlen, kisebb élesztő, és extrakt darabokkal, komoly beltartalmat ígér. A hab extrán erős, szép világs krémszínű. Nagyon finom illata van, igazi IPA illat, nyilván a Mozaik komló minden jegye, pozitívuma érződik, nagyon friss, nekem mandarinos illat! IPA-hoz illően visszafogott szénsavasság, könnyen iható, a 6,5 % alkoholt nem érezni. Kortyra kesernyés, majd nagyon szépen a nyelv különböző részein jönnek elő a gyümölcsös jegyek. Erről nem is kell írni, inkább kóstolni kell, ameddig lehet. Igazi, minőségi IPA, megérte az árát!! Kár, hogy már nem igazán kóstolhatom többé.

Bottle Solid single hop. Citrusy with some of citrus presence. Quite tasty.

Bottle 330ml. @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Rothbeer Bakancslista #17: Mosaic ].[ Courtesy of madmitch76 ]. Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161202] 7-3-7-3-14

5 weeks before BBE date. Hazy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light thin malts, trace of caramel. Tea! Floral bitterness in to very mild Mosaic blueberry. Light orange peel bitterness. Airy dry finish. Think this has faded somewhat but it’s not bad. Where to get some fresh ones?

Bottle at If cafe march 2016. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Average heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Közepes, örökké tartó hab, homályos, borostyán szín. Illata nagyon intenzív, citrus, déligyümölcs és gyanta érezhető. Intenzív déligyümölcsös ízvilág, markáns gyanta aromával. Hosszú utóíze finoman keserű, gyümölcsös aomákkal kiegészülve.Nagyon finom, jól eltalált és tökéletesen kiegyensúlyozott, frissítő, testes sör.
