Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a thick, frothy white head. The nose has nice smoke, dry grass, light cured ham. Light to medium sweet flavour with harsh grassy bitterness, burnt plastic, grain husk, ash, smoke. Light bodied with fine carbonation; so so condition. More grass, dry smoke and a bit of plastic in the finish. Not great overall.

Cask at Pigs Ear, 2015. Cloudy gold pour with a white head. Smoky bacon and sweet fruit aroma. The smoke rides through into the flavour, splash of vanilla with some soft fruit nuances. Not bad.
