Cask @ Gallows bird. Poured ambery clear. Nutty dry brew, hops, malts in aroma. Nutty, toffee notes, woody, hops, quite dry long finish. Pleasant stuff.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2019) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had sweetness and vanilla. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, earth, caramel, vanilla and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A decent spiced brew.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Clear goldencopper with a decent light beige covering. Nose is bitter orange, oak, straw, hint of pine needle, grains. Taste comprises bitter sweet citric peel, mandarin, sweet malts, biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Interesting enough hybrid kind of a beer.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear deep orange amber coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is spicy orange. Woody. Oak, some alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toffee, biscuit grains, orange rind. Stilxy orange,. Palate is semi sweet, sticky orange, resinous hop, moderate carbonation. Oily. Decent stuff. Lingering cactro.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear orange-gold with a frothy white head. Has some ripe citrus, bready malts, light rindy bitterness. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Oily and lightly resinous finish, more ripe oranges and pale bread. Nice.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Good tangerine ans and tangerine jam. Little spice. Light tangerine peel. Light finish. Nice tangerine!
