[as Irishtown Dublin Pale Ale, ABV 4.4%] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'agrumato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, frutta tropicale e ananas.

On tap at a pub with stiff springs in the seats on the way back to the hotel after a few hours in Temple Bar. The best thing about this beer is the artwork. Deep copper color with a thin but long lasting off white head. Rich caramel and bready malt light earthy hops and a bit of bitter astringency.

Can. Rusty red with a medium head. Aroma of bread malt. Flavour is toffee malt, fruit hop bitterness, long lingering bitter base.

Dark amber, slight haze, frothy white head
Aroma Light caramel, hint of toffee, soft red berry fruits
Taste as aroma, soft caramel malt, hint of red fruit, some toasty malt, bfairly bitter hop, soft zest and bitter hedgerow hops
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, fairly bitter. Finish as main flavour, more bitter hops, cleans off palate
Overall - Comes across as a bitter
