33 cl. bottle at Slow Cheese Copenhagen 2016. Hazy, amber colour with a thin lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, coffee, lightly toasted notes, citrus fruits and nuts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and fruity with caramel malts and citrus. Lovely Amber.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a beige head. Some fresh, citrusy hops in the nos, combined with a little roastiness. Rich, malty body, sweet caramel and roast, some coffee notes. Decent late bitterness. Not exactly a refined brew, but it works alright for what it is. 221215

330ml Bottle - Copper red in colour. Pine, caramel, raisins and dried apricot in the aroma. Fruity, hoppy and slightly sweet taste with pine, grapefruit, toffee, raisins and cocoa detected. The finish is fairly tangy and features some hints of brown sugar.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 25 Sep 2015) Dark brown colour with hints of ruby. Creamy beige head. Malty, fruity nose with dark fruit, caramel and chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, dark fruit, a touch of coffee, chocolate and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and quite complex, but well balanced. Nice one.
