10/2/2019. Cask at the Pied Bull, Chester. Poured golden with an off-white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, malt, biscuit and straw. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry finish.

Cask @ Pied Bull, Chester. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, nice bitter hops, flowers and has a nice bitter finish.

Cask @ Pied Bull, Chester. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light caramel and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 100219

Cask at Pied Bull. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has grass and hay with some straw and grains backing. Flavor has earthy citrus and grass with some bread and a hint of biscuit underlying.

Cask @ Pied Bull, Chester [270115]
Golden amber, clear, thin dense white head
Aroma of soft fruits, light caramel, some creamy toffee
Taste of soft fruits, creamy caramel toffee which tastes a bit odd, some dry bitter hops
Palate - Medium body, bitter, some sweet toffee. Finish is too dry and harsh bitter.
Overall - Not keen on this. Over dry and bitter finish.

Cask @ Pied Bull, Chester. Golden with very little head. Has a small sweet character with a medium bitterness. A little sticky in the palate but palatable.
