[ As Moncada Tangerine Blonde ].Murky matt medium orange colour with a fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, orange, tangarine, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, tangarine, zest - peel sharp, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151205] 6-2-7-3-13

Pigs Ear Day 4. Cask. Very hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest carbonation. Mildly sweet pale malts. A bit of green hop dry bitterness. Mild tangerine. Touch of candy fruits. Light finish. Not bad.

Cask at Pigs Ear, 2015. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Tropical fruit, orange pith and sweet spice aroma. Tangy citrus flavours. Nice.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 4 - Lpndon. Pours unclear gold with a frothy white head. The nose holds pithy citrus, rind, minerals. Light sweet flavor with prominent flinty minerals, pithy citrus, tangerine rind, pine needles. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and pithy on the finish, more citrus rind, pale bread. Not bad.
