Para la elaboración de esta cerveza negra hemos utilizado 8 tipos de malta diferentes, entre ellas destacamos el uso de las maltas Chocolate y Crystal provenientes de Inglaterra, para bajar la astringencia típica de las cervezas negras. Las adiciones de lúpulo han sido como en nuestras cervezas más lupuladas, por lo que finalmente conseguimos aromas herbáceos, florales y resinosos, acompañados de notas de cacao, chocolate y regaliz. Una cerveza muy equilibrada con un final seco, sedoso y fácil.

Presenta un color marrón muy oscuro, opaca, espuma beige cremosa, compacta, de larga retención y abundante residuo. Notas en nariz de malta tostada, cacao, café en grano, hierba y cierto recuerdo alimonado. En boca se percibe de cuerpo medio, textura algo acuosa, con arranque más bien amargo y torrefacto, ligero contrapunto dulce, notas de pan tostado, chocolate puro, café americano, hierba y una discreta melodía cítrica de fondo. deep brown to black with a tall beige head. Big pine profile with coffee, roasted malts, dark chocolate, and light licorice. Medium to full body. Finish is long on the roasted malt with some pine. Very respectable CDA.

33 cl bottle at La Abadía. A glossy jet black pour with a foamy tan head. Aroma is leather, ink, cocoa, coffee, rotten grapes. Medium-bodied, slightly fizzy, crisp and rather bitter. Okay.

Opaque colour and medium-sized brownish head. Toasted cocoa aroma. Medium-bodied. Toasted, a bit hoppy flavour. Mellow, ok. Putoooja'25

Bottle at The Grapmophone bar, peuerto de la Cruz a lot of roasted malts, some molassses, balanced by a ambitious us hoppy like hoppy bitterness. flavor is quite rosted malty, lots of bitterness from malts too, hops a bit more in the backgrond.

Bottle @ Birras Deluxe, Malaga. Almost black with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, coffee and moderate hoppy - pine and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 130224

Bottle @ Birras Deluxe, Malaga. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, bitter hops, coffee and has a nice bitter finish.

Magus, mõru, kohv, röst, alks, väike piimane noot, humalat on ka, nats isegi black ipa vaibi. Ok, alksi võiks natsa vähem olla.
