Draught @ Cafe Albert. Pours pitch black with a brown head, some lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, maple, mild bourbon. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malt, caramel, coffee, dark chocolate, maple, light bourbon, alcohol. Full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. 111123

Tap @ Café Albert. Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, maple syrup and heavy bourbon. Flavor is extremely sweet. Extremely sweet finish. Oily, soft and sticky. 111123

Tap @ Tøffern’s 7th year birthday event. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich maple syrup, roast malt, chocolate, caramel, coffee and hops. Nice roasty finish and oily palate.
