Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Kissingate Bye, Bye Del Boy Jones ].Clear dark dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate, dark malt, tart - fruity tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151205] 6-2-7-3-13

Pigs Ear Day 4. Cask. Clear amber - brown beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is fairly dry with modest carbonation. Tangy fruits and unsweet maple. Touch of wood. Light semi dry finish. A bit on the odd side.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours clear red-brown with a light, frothy tan head. Muddled aroma, some light earth and burnt grains. Light sweet flavour with some woody notes, molasses, earthy bitterness. Light in body with fine carbonation; OK condition. Moderately drying to finish, with some dried fruits, more earth and molasses. Just about OK.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’15, 04/12/15. Mahogany brown with reddish hues and a decent beige cap. Nose is light tobacco, roasted notes, faint chocolate, tar. Taste comprises maple syrup, toasted notes, pecan nuts, toffee fudge, treacle, sweet licks. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent mild.
