A classic West Coast IPA brewed with a healthy dose of NB hops. True to the Western style it packs an upfront but pleasant bitterness with lots of pine and citrus flavour mixing with hints of pepper and spice that linger as a dry finish on the tongue.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, hops, malt and has a nice grassy bitter finish.

Can from the brewery. Fairly sweet malt, with chocolate notes, some pine hops, with some notable hops bitterness that lingers fairly hard. A few drinks in you can start to pick up some orange once you get acclimated to the bitterness.

Can. Dark amber, just a chill haze. Nice old school appearance. The aroma is really toasty, and has a little bit of orange to the hop accent. On the palate, the malts come to the fore. They're toasty, and slightly chewy, without being excessive in either dimension. Still, almost red IPA in that way. It's got a fair bit of bitterness, and some hints of orange and pine. Cool to see it's made with local houblons. I'm not sure what hops they grow in NB these days, but I remember back in school uncovering records of hop growing (I think it was in the Fredericton area). Probably anywhere they made beer, they tried to grow hops.
