0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before March 2026. A little hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity-floral aroma of honey, lemon peel and some grains. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, honey, lemon peel and pineapple, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice Bock, quite aromatic and harmonious.

Buddel: Golden, hazy, small loose white head, moderate bitter-sweet nose of honeyish malt and herbal hops with slight boozy touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and tart; lingering dryish herbal and pale-malty finish. Not really well balanced. Needs some improvement...

Draught @ KCBD18. Pours nearly clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with mild touches of hops. Booze in the long nose. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with bitter notes of hops. Hints of alcohol, but quite unobtrusive. Well-balanced and decent for the style.

Draught at KCBD18. Honey and spicy hop aroma. Clear copper colour. Small creamy white head. The flavour is fairly bitter but has a nicely spicy hop note to balance. Tastes like saaz to me, but it is probably some noble German hop.

Taste is sweet-ish malty, hints of honey, slightly bitter hoppy counterweight with a minimally floral and citrusy touch, minimally starchy interludes. Well controlled sweetness.
