Roast, barrel. Not a lot of bullshit, I don't get any adjuncts. Lacks the balance of a great one though. A little oily. Some booze. Pours black without much head or lacing. Barrel in the finish. Snally.

On tap at Side Project Cellar. Black thick and oily with almost no head. Intensive chocolate, vanilla, very smooth with nice bourbon character.

Sample at Snally2024. Dead still and proud of it. Leggy, oily, cola color. Port, malt and smoke on the booze. Barrel feels old. Cocoa, malt and tons of barrel in the mouth. Long, oily, full bodied finish.

Draft at Snallygaster 2024. Poured a motor oil black color with a wispy, brown head. Aroma was woody vanilla, bourbon, chocolate. Flavor was vanilla, cocoa. Rich and really nice, especially given the ABV.
