Cask at The Willow Walk, Victoria, London. A dark amber coloured pour with a thin off white head on top. Sweet, cinnamon, spice aroma. Tastes similar, cinnamon, spice, caramel. Not bad but a half pint was more than enough.

Draft at Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2013 - London. Pours clear, amber-orange with a light, white cream head. Big wintery spices in the snout, some potpourri. Light to medium sweet flavor, heavily spiced with bready sugars, ginger and nutmeg. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lingering spices to finish with lightly toasted bread. If you like them spices you could dig this.

Pigs Ear. Lightly hazy amber beer, little white head. Smooth palate, modest carbonation. Sweetish pale malt and a little marmalade. Plenty of sweet spices, never dry or bitter. Finishes light with a cinnamon aftertaste.
