Thin coarseish white head. Hazy opaque amber body. Resiny perfumy freshly cut wood aroma with fruity lemongrass notes. Sweetish fruity perfumy honey taste with spicy mealy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flat mouthfeel. Sweetish mealy resiny wooden aftertaste with fruity floral buttery notes. Lovely! Highly drinkable. (0.568l cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen.)

Sun Inn, Kelvedon. Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light. Good spicy orange hops, lesser marmalade and a whisper of tropical fruits. Light floralness. Smooth finish with hop spice. Comes together really well. Bitters do not have to be boring!
