This is a style of beer we have wanted to make for a long time now, a proper rich, caramel-y, chocolate-y, smooth brown ale, generously hopped with big West Coast C Hops – Chinook & Cascade. A truly exceptionally balanced beer style, perfect for the oncoming dark evenings.

Edward Mulhare spoke the last ever line in the original Knight Rider series. He wasn't American, nor is this beer, but the style certainly is. Some brown malts with an underlying hoppy sweetness. Pretty good.

Dark amber beer, thick head. Loads of malt in the aroma and flavour, caramel, hops, some rye-ish flavour. Nicely balanced, super drinkable.
