A perfectly balanced beer inspired by the iconic Novi Special 1940s race car. The beer itself pours hazy gold releasing punchy aromas of lemon, pineapple, and peach. The mouthfeel is decadent, with flavours of candied fruit and melon ensconced in a pillowy, creamy body.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery webshop. Pours mostly clear pale gold, effervescent, with a creamy, white crown. Light sweet flavour with notes of pithy lemon, lean pale malts, dried biscuits, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and dry to finish. Fairly subdued overall. Drinks fine.

Can at home picked up from Thornbridge online. A light hazed bright golden yellow straw coloured pour with a nice rocky white head. Aroma is nice soft squishy fruits, lychee, melon, soft floury wheat, melon balls. Flavour is composed of chalky, flaked wheat, melon balls, pear, little thin, grainy, flora cutrus. Palate is thin, chalky, mineral, highish carbonation. Decent.

Tight white head on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Minimal citrus aroma. Medium bodied, foamy & dry. Melon, earthy, lemon & boiled sweet tastes with a bitter finish. Light & delicate.

Can from the Thornbridge Beer Club. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Aromas of peach and pineapple. Taste is orange squash, light tropical fruit. Light bitter finish.
