On tap at Taphouse CPH, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of roasted malt, gentle tart cherry, and some earthiness. Flavour is tart, with a nice tart cherry character that combines well with the roasted malt, finishing woody, dry and tart. This isn’t a style I generally like, but this is well-executed.
