A beautifully light extra pale ale with hop flavours layered throughout the whole brew. Tropical fruits and fresh citrus notes are prominent, with background depth of peach, apricot and nectarine. Our first XPA, but certainly not our last. Key players are Citra, Strata and Mosaic with a touch of centennial in the kettle also. Gluten free using an enzyme which breaks down the gluten to below 20ppm.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Gluten Free. Hazed orangey golden brown colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of grain, orange juicy citrus, zesty, hops. Taste is sweet, malty, caramel, with orangey citrusy notes, stone fruit, and mellow hopped bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying fruity citrusy hop bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Almost clear golden orange topped with a white cap that settles to a swirl.
Nose is tangerine, grass, lemon rind, airy malts.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine nip, citric tinged straw, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Okay pale.

Tap at the St Albans beer festival 2024. A hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a frorhy white head. Aroma is floury wheat, grass, dank dishcloth, rubber. Flavour is composed crisp, wheaty grains, spicy, waxy citrus, mid dank, green mango, orange rind. Spicy finish. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation. Alright.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours near-clear yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus and light tropical fruit. Taste adds some grassiness. Thin finish.
