On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen 2017. It’s a close to black one, with a nice head leaving lacing. The aroma has roasted malts dominating, with some dark rye bread, burnt malts and hints of coffee and dried fruits. It’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, mostly on the sweet side, with flavors of roasted and lightly burnt malts. Danish rye bread, some coffee and dark dried fruits as well. Lasting finish. Oh, and there’s also a touch of something that makes me think of Brett going on, but just a weak touch in the far back. Anyway, it’s a quite decent brew. 170610
