From the can. Dark orange with a frothy head that lingers. Aroma is mostly floral with undertones of peaches and caramel. Taste is quite bitter, verges on acrid at the finish. The sort of hops-packed concoction that usually gives me a headache. Medium body, mild carbonation, imperfectly hidden alcohol. Needs work.

Can from O’Briens. Amber with a medium head. Aroma of resinous orange. Flavour is pine fruit, sharp grapefruit, sticky bitter base. Lingering fruit bitter finish.
