Bottle 330ml. [ As Wiper and True Cinq Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, herbs, saison yeast, fruity, spicy, pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, saison yeast, spicy, peppery. citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Motueka, Mosaic, Galaxy, Equinox and Victoria’s Secret hops. Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, thin, semi dry and crispy. Very light malts. Hops are mild citric peel and hop skunk. Little pith. Semi dry finish. Comes over like a 2.5% beer and I would have never guessed the hop array from the flavour, expected much more from this.

Keg at Blackfriars. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of lime, tonic water, pineapple and grapefruit. Flavour of grapefruit, tonic water, lemon, orange pith and tangerine. Medium body with a spritzy texture. Fizzy carbonation. A citrus bomb - lovely.

Bottle from favourite beer. Golden beer with a foamy white head. Aroma is citrus hops, and fruit. Taste is refreshing sharpe citrus.
