ANXO/Shacksbury Collaboration #5 is the fifth in the series with some of the best cider makers in the US. This cider was blended on a trip to Shacksbury and features wild Vermont apples from their 2015 harvest as well as Spanish and English apples. Dry, earthy, and tart, this cider is complex yet refreshing

A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple and light solvent, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with appleskin, lactic acid, tart and pleasing. On tap at ANXO. 6-3-7-3-12

Tangy apple and some light smoke. Pretty nice mix. Golden pour woth decent head. Hint of tangerine. Tap at Whole Foods.

6 oz pour on draft at Anxo. Clear golden orange with off-white ring. Aromas of apples, honey, caramel. Tastes of apples, light funk. Light body with a dry finish.

12oz can pours a clear, star bright gold with no head, no legs. Nose is easy, green grapes, meaty heirloom apple. Flavor is well balanced, some juicy sweetness, some light acid, apple clearly, green grape. Finishes dry, lightly tannic, light acid. Nice.
