12oz pour, very dark gold, no head. Nose has some sweetness like ice wine, apple cores and apple juice, a little caramel. Flavor is nice, lots of depth, apple juice, apple cider, apple cores, some mild baking spices. Finishes dry. Nicely done.

A golden cider with aroma of very nice sweet apple jam, light acidity, light vanilla, alcohol warmth. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with appleskin, lactic notes, pleasant. On tap at cidery. 8-4-7-3-14
