Bottle 0.75l. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fermented, fruity, sour apple, flowery, white wine, meadow hay. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, touch of warming alcohol, white wine, flowery, pear, apple. Fuller bodied.

[ As Matuška Saison BARRIQUE ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, sweet yeast, woody, floral note. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet yeast, sweet fruity yeast, saison yeast, phenol, plastic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a large off-white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, honey, biscuit and floral notes. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Finish is slightly salt, and bittersweet.
