Glass, 6-ounce, draught, on the premise, savoured on July 5 2017; eye: straw, clear, lots of effervescence, nice white head that thins a bit, good lacing; nose: citrusy, salt, marine, lactic, earthy, light turnip; mouth: citrusy, salt, marine, lactic, earthy, light turnip, light sourness, acidity, finale in turnip with light lactic presence, medium body, good carbonation, slick texture; overall: quite fun

A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light algae, light mineral notes, light lemony notes. In mouth, a nice lemony malt with light algae, light mineral notes, nice. On tap at pit caribou Montreal.
