A dense, pillowy tan head, well laced. Near black body. The nose features mild but fresh ground coffee, a touch of cream and some chocolate fudge. The happy goat coffee is fresh and tasty - a nice slightly bitter tinge to it. Secondary tastes include chocolate fudge, caramel and roasted malt. Medium density and stays well balanced to the end. Very nice.

A deep dark stout with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, chocolate malt with dark coffee, light herbal hops, light off notes. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee and herbal hops, but weird off flavor in finale. Bottle from brewery, 2017.
