Ball Drop Champagne Beer

Pale yellow pour, with a large white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of tropical fruit, sweet cereals, and some white vinous grapes. Hops are quite present, slight citrus, and subtle pine. Carbonation is quite effervescent, but subtle. Finish is quite bitter, with some really nice white wine notes and acidity, with a great hop finish, with some nice bready, yeasty notes. Quite impressive, I really enjoyed it.

A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light sweet fruity malt with light celery salts, light herbaceous character, light rosewater, not bad. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light herbal hops, light banana esters, light cloves, alcohol warmth, pleasant. Bottle at Hugue and Alex tasting.
