(Tap sample @ Indie Alehouse, Toronto, Jan 18/18) Pours a cloudy orange-gold with a small white head. Notes of strongly coconut-infused rum (apparently the coconut was soaked in Malibu this time?), fresh pineapple, slightly bready malt, moderately funky hay notes, softly sweet, a bit of wood/vanilla vibe, citrusy, sweet-tart, softly hopped/herbal notes in the back end, lots of coconut and rum with pineapple accents riding out in the finish. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation. Interesting combination that worked a lot better than I expected, tropical punch vibes all the way through.

This cloudy yellow beer gives you a nose of coconut and Brett bite right up in your nose. The taste too presents the coconut creamy essence up front over the acidic Brett sour. Very, very nice.

A pale blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, lactic acid, pineapple pulp, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, light pineapple, nice and refreshing. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.
