A thin straw body with a fizzy white head. The nose is strong with yeast and spice elements. Belgian yeast leads the taste profile with elements of lavender, cloves and Brett funk adding to the blend. A solid touch of sourness helps keep it refreshing. The texture is a bit thin.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ginger notes,, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.
