Hazy pale yellow colour. Effervescent. Apple arom but with what seems to be a touch of brett. That doesn't come through on the palate, though. The palate is straight up nice and dry, with a bitter apple note, mild tannin. The power of suggestion tells me there's some honey, but honestly the honey probably fermented out and that's why it's so beautifully dry. Quality. I like it.

(750ml bottle shared c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours clear bright gold with a small head. Notes of rather deep honey, baking apples, graham cracker, fruit skins, very soft spices, warming sweetness and a slight alcohol dryness, cyser profile as expected. Rather full body with very soft carbonation. Nice little cyser with a light wild edge, well-made, more some others' style than mine.

A hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple, honey, light cloves, nice and smooth. In mouth, more like a mead, apple skins, pulp, honeydew, nice and smooth. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.
