Crisp, fruity, lots of citrus, and stone fruit. Pithy, medium bitterness, lovely mouth feel. Great pale ale.

355ml can from the brewery, now just called 1971 Pale Ale with 5% ABV. Pours a hazy, semi-cloudy yellow colour with a frothy-foamy white cap, good stay and some soapy lacing. Aromas of citrus with mostly zest over juices. Does get fruitier, sweeter with time. The taste has some bitterness for a Pale Ale, but still mild, and with some juiciness. Citrus and yeast. This is a real nice juicy Pale Ale that you could drink many, instead of macros.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light grapefruit, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice light bodied biscuit malt, nice floral hops, light grapefruit notes, pleasant. Cask at Caskapalooza Ottawa 2016.
