I had a really nice experience with this beer, sharing that with my wife, roasted malt, coffee, malt, oat, dry and mineral, 13.01.18, at the bar of the brewery at Barranco, Lima.

A reddish brown stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel with chocolate malt, light vanilla, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light nutty notes, coffee grind, musty character, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

8oz pour at the brewery pours a murky deep brown nearing black with some off white head. Nose is true to style, malt and molasses, chewy grain, a little BBQ sauce, some earthy notes too. Flavor follows, bread, caramel, molasses, hints of vanilla and root beer, a little soil too. Dry finish. Exactly what it should be. Well done.
