It is a tasty pale ale, on the American way, again a bit watery, decently hoppy, american hop, dry and citrus, 13.01.18, at Barranco, Lima

Taster at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- mix of fruit, strawberry, pale plums, carrot leaves. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, spicy, floral. Medium bodied. Not bad.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with British hops, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, biscuit malt with herbaceous resinous hops, light mineral notes, a tad unbalanced. On tap at brewery.

On tap at the brewpub it is a clear golden color with a slight head. The aroma is a sweet hoppy aroma and the taste is strong and bready one of their better offerings!

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Light citrus nose. Flavors of orange and biscuit. Bitter finish.
