Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, roasted, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, wheat, ash. Tap@Taphouse 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - pours dark brown to black with a beige head. Toasted and sweet malty with some notes of caramel, slight charred accents, yeast, hoppy backing, toasted malty bitter close.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, darkmmalty and slight liqourice. Dry malty, roasted and slight estery to fruity. Lingering dark malty finish.

Draught at Taphouse. Near black with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, toasted notes and wheat malts. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and fruity bitter with yeasts and spicy notes.

Draft. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bananas, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, roasted malt, bread, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Piana bardzo obfita, ładna, kremowa. W aromacie głównie paloność, czekolada, w tle ziołowość, trochę cytrusów. W smaku przede wszystkim palone, nieco kwaskowate. Goryczka żywiczna na średnim poziomie. Nie czuję ani goździków ani bananów, aczkolwiek pije się dobrze. Jak dla mnie to bardziej stout niż black weizen.

Bottle. Dark brown color with creamy foam. Aroma: hops and roasted malt, spicy hops, slightly pine. Taste: roasted malt, coffee and chicory drink, prunes, caramel, a little wheat.

Butelka 0.5l (21.09.2015). Barwa ciemno brunatna, opalizująca, piana beżowa, bardzo obfita, całkiem drobna, trwała, delikatnie znacząca szkło. W aromacie prażone ziarno, czekolada, nuty cytrusowe i delikatny goździk w tle a po ogrzaniu bardzo wyraźny i intensywny, genialny. Całość bardzo specyficzna ale daje bardzo interesujący aromat. Prażone ziarno w smaku, nuty czekolady, wyraźna goryczka, niezbyt wysoka, krótka i niezalegająca. Piwo bardzo gładkie ze słodkawym posmakiem przyjemnie ale w bardzo subtelny sposób oblepiającym podniebienie. Gdzieś na samym finiszu zostaje też delikatny kwasek. Piwo bardzo przyjemne w odbiorze, pijalne, bardzo dobre jednym słowem mimo, że mało weizenowe oprócz goździka w aromacie.

Sample @ PiwPaw Beer Heaven, Warsaw. Nice ehad with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, hops, flowers, fruits and hops. Long bitter finish. More like a black ipa.
