Pours a dark brown colour with a beige-mocha head, good retention and some creamy lacing. Berry aromas over roasted malts. The taste starts off with coffee malts, then mild blackberries to finish with a mix of toasted malts and hoppy bitterness. A nice blend of a black IPA with some blackberry notes.

A deep dark IPA with a thick frothy brown head. In aroma, nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind and hints of blackberries, resinous hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with light peated notes, light coffee notes, blackberry jam, very interesting and well done. 1L growler from brewery.
