A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with smooth Brett notes, light cork, orange pulp, coriander, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light orange notes, light Brett, smooth creamy notes, grassy hops, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Montréal Xmas gathering 2015.

Bottle: poured a hazy beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of Belgian style malt with some light residual sugar notes and some dry green hops notes. Taste is a good mix between some green hops notes with dry finish with some subtle candi sugar and a solid malt backbone. Body is quite full with limited filtration and great carbonation with no apparent alcohol. I liked the fact that the hops profile was well married to the more standard Belgian tripel flavours.
