C’est beau à voir et l’effervescence est irréprochable (quoique "little gusher"). Au nez, le citron, le cuir, le foin et les levures forment un parfum très agréable. C’est un peu mince en bouche mais j’aime beaucoup le petit goût d’abricots.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with candy sugar, light curacao and coriander, light Brett, orange pulp, very nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light orange peel and coriander, light Brett, light candy sugar, nice. On tap at Bières et Saveurs 2015.
