A pale blonde cyser with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet honey with light chalky character and tart apples, clovers, pleasant. In mouth, a sweet fruity honey taste with powdery character, light chalky notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Vermont Cheese Fest 2015.

Tap. Pours a bit hazy pale straw, large white head, creamy and long lasting. Aroma is earthy, honey, green apple, herbal, almost perfumy. Flavor is huge vanilla, almost to the exclusion of all else. Light body.
