En fut au brew pub le 25 Juillet. Le liquide se présente brun. Très voilé, presqu’opaque, avec une petite mousse brune qui s’attarde longtemps. On est ici dans les fruits noirs, les raisins secs, figues, dattes. L’effervescence est à point. On sent un peu le moût de Porto. Très bon. Beaucoup plus près d’une vrai dubbel que la Double Tranchant.

7.9%. A light brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, caramel malt with maple and candy sugar, nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light maple, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2015.
