Growler from the Ottawa brewpub. Pours a brown-copper colour with a beige head. Aromas of berries, coffee and roasted malts. Coffee flavours with the roasted malts, hints of chocolate and some nice hops in the finish. This creates nice bitterness and dryness. Again, I feel berries and this makes this brew quite interesting and differently delicious.

A dark brown ale with a thin dark mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with grassy British hops, nice treacle notes, light coffee grind, nice. In mouth, a nice roasted chocolate malt with light coffee notes, grassy hops, light and smooth, well done. On tap at Ottawa location.
