Dark brown pour, beige head. Solid caramel malts, lightly nutty, brown sugar. Slightly Watery, low carb. Next to no bitterness, slightly dried grass hops, brown sugar, and caramel malts to finish.

Enjoyed at the Arrow & the Loon. Pours a very slight hazy, amber colour with a small bubbly-froth beige head, average retention and a litte foamy lacing. Nutty and coffee notes in the aromas, over the caramel malts. The mouthfeel is wet, but better than average. Mild taste of fruity malts. This is a pretty nice, refreshing mild ale with some good smelling and tasting notes.

A reddish copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light chalky character, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with faint grassy hops, light bodied, boring. On tap at Winter Brewfest Ottawa 2015.
