A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth floral hops, light citrus, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, classic c-hop, beautiful. Cask Days 2014.

06/01/2014 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Non male, ma mi aspettavo di più.

On tap at Pizza Port Ocean Beach, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of floral hops, biscuity notes and hay. Flavour is very dry, crisp and hay-like, with dry floral notes, dry hops and crackery malts. Very drinkable, with a dry mouthfeel. Well-made, without any residual sugars. Good stuff.
