Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight tartness and hardly any head. Slightly minty aroma. Light body, again mint and a lactic tartness. Feels a little odd in the beginning, but you slowly get used to it. 070917

Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, citrus, lemon, citric. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, citrus, berliner weisse yeast, dry, citric. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20170519] 7-2-7-3-15

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, minerals, paper, grass, fruit salt, grain, sorrel, hints of unripe berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, fruit salt, minerals, hay, paper, grass, unripe berries, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish grainy mouthfeel. Fair enough, but where’s the mojito part?
